Asics Gel-Kayano 31 is an advanced premium running shoe crafted for stability and long distances, making it an excellent choice for demanding training sessions and long runs on both asphalt and gravel roads.

Built with the innovative 4D GUIDANCE SYSTEM, the shoe provides adaptive stability designed specifically for overpronation. The midsole combines FF BLAST PLUS ECO cushioning with PureGEL in the heel to deliver soft and smooth transitions with every step. The well-ventilated mesh upper works to keep your foot cool throughout the entire run.

Underfoot, the generous sole features a HYBRID ASICSGRIP outsole, ensuring reliable traction and increased stability for a plush, comfortable feel mile after mile. The shoe is designed with a stack height of approximately 40 mm in the heel and 30 mm in the forefoot, creating a 10 mm drop.
