When you shop on our e-commerce

We pack the same day that your order reaches us, then it is up to our partners to do their part. Our deliveries are made with Link Freight (unless you choose another method of course) and cost 49: -. The normal delivery time is between 1-3 working days. You will always receive an email with a tracking number from us, that way it will be easy to follow your delivery. For packages that have not been picked up, we charge a fee of 249: -.

We offer different ways to pay, you choose what suits you best.

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from re-adventure, should you, against the odds, want to return what you bought, you have 10 days. We credit the amount when we have received your return and checked that the product is unused and in the same condition as on delivery. All labels must remain, the delivery note that you received with the delivery must be attached. You are responsible for the cost of the return. It is worth noting that you are responsible for the return until we have received and registered it, so pack the package well and always save your delivery receipt. If you want to return in the store, it is of course fine, bring the delivery note and the card you used when ordering.

We guarantee that the goods you ordered are in the condition we stated on our website. Should you still receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us. Please attach some photos and email us so that we can solve the problem smoothly.
