We're sorry that the delivery did not meet your expectations. You have 14 days to return your purchase.
To make the return as smooth as possible, please follow the steps below:
After we have received your garments (which must be in the same condition as upon receipt), we will issue a credit to the account you used when you shopped with us. All tags must remain attached, and the delivery note you received with the delivery must be enclosed. The cost of return shipping is SEK 99, which we will deduct before issuing a refund to you.
If you prefer to return your item at one of our stores, just come and visit us. This way, you save the cost of return shipping.
When registering your return, please use the form below. At your drop-off point, a label will be printed from the QR code that we sent you via SMS and email. Make sure it is attached to the package. When the return is registered, you will receive an email confirming that the package is on its way to us.
