We are sorry that the delivery did not meet your expectations.You have 14 days to return your purchase.

To make the return as smooth as possible, follow the steps below:

After we receive your garments (which must be in the same condition as when you received them) we will credit the account you used when you shopped with us.All labels must be intact and the delivery note that you received with the delivery must be attached. The cost of return shipping is 99 SEK, which we will deduct before we issue a refund to you.

If you would rather make your return in one of our stores, just come in. This way you save the cost of return shipping.

When registering your return, use the form below. At your drop-off location, a label will be printed from the QR code that we sent you via text message and email. Make sure to attach it to the package. When the return is registered, you will receive an email confirming that the package is on its way to us.
