With a new design and updated features , the 2L SWISSWOOL ANDERMATT JACKET for men takes on the deep snow in its own way!

The jacket still combines the high-performance Toray Dermizax® NX outer fabric with the rare wool from black sheep in different thicknesses. This makes this 2-layer hardshell the only FREERIDE jacket from ORTOVOX with insulation : the warm SWISSWOOL lining is perfectly complemented by the protective Dermizax® NX membrane. The result is optimal warmth in cold conditions – while the jacket effectively resists moisture, snow (at least 20,000 mm waterproofness) and wind. Unlike synthetic materials, wool keeps you warm both during activity and rest. The two-way stretch fabric also allows full freedom of movement – ​​both on short climbs and long rides!

To make the jacket even more personal and functional, we have improved both the design and details of the SWISSWOOL ANDERMATT JACKET : the chest pocket, inner pockets and hand pockets have been updated, and soft MERINO WOOL has been added to the chin area for extra comfort. Proven features such as the lift pass pocket and ventilation zippers under the arms remain and contribute to the jacket's sought-after freeride style.
For extra protection against snow and wind, the jacket has a two-way adjustable hood, removable snow skirt and sleeve cuffs with Velcro - all for a perfect fit.

SWISSWOOL BLACK
What makes 2L SWISSWOOL BLACK unique is the use of black wool – a raw material rarely used in the industry because white wool is easier to dye and does not show through the outer material. Black wool is often seen as a "by-product", but here it is instead highlighted and symbolizes idealism and individuality .

DERMIZAX® NX MEMBRANE
The high-performance Dermizax® NX membrane provides protection against all weather conditions and has extremely high breathability – up to 32,000 g/m²/24h . It outperforms both Dermizax® DT and Dermizax® EV and provides maximum protection without compromising comfort.
