The jacket uses a 3-layer GORE-TEX with a C-Knit backer to deliver fully wind- and waterproof protection with high breathability and a soft, comfortable feel against the skin. An adjustable, helmet-compatible hood and a high collar add reliable weather shielding, while underarm ventilation zips help you dump heat on the ascent. A removable snow skirt at the waist, an adjustable hem, and inner cuffs with thumbholes keep snow and cold at bay. Storage is well thought out with multiple pockets, including a sleeve pass pocket with a detachable goggle wipe, a padded chest pocket, and an internal mesh pocket.
