Salomon Techamphibian 5 is an amphibious hiking shoe that feels just as good on dry paths as it does in the water. Perfect for coastal hikes, paddling put-ins, and quick river crossings when you want reliable grip and fast drainage.

The upper uses quick-drying, highly breathable mesh with a fully stitched build and a reinforced toe cap for extra protection. Quicklace makes it easy to tighten and go, while the fold-down heel and adjustable heel strap let you wear it as a shoe or as a slip-in. Underfoot, the Water Contagrip (Contagrip FD) outsole is tuned for wet, smooth surfaces, and an EnergyCell EVA midsole cushions every step. Inside, a footbed with an S.Café cover helps manage moisture and odor. The design is PFC-free and water-repellent, drains efficiently, and dries fast between wades and paddle strokes. Launched in 2023, it’s the fifth generation in the Techamphibian series.
