Conditions when you leave your garments and accessories for sale with us

The following terms and conditions apply between you, as the consignor, and re-adventure, as the recipient of your clothes and accessories for sale with us. Re-adventure refers to our store at Sergelgatan 20, re-adventure.com, Tradera, and other marketplaces such as Facebook and Instagram.

Our organization number is 559278-3848. You can find our store at Sergelgatan 20 in Stockholm.

Our website is www.re-adventure.com. On Instagram, we are @readventure_.

We sell on commission, which means you get paid once we have sold the items you consigned. Your remuneration is 40% of the sale price. We are responsible for pricing your products, but you are welcome to make suggestions. We reserve the right to reduce the price of consigned products to match market activities.

We are responsible for your garments for 60 days. If you wish to leave your garments with us for longer, please send an email to hello@re-adventure.com. We will then assess if we have space. If you wish to pick up your garments, you must visit us and collect the unsold items yourself. Garments not picked up will be donated to Stadsmissionen or Myrorna; no compensation will be issued in such cases. Compensation from any sales is registered in our system under your customer account, and payment is made upon your request to the bank account you register with us. Compensation can be withdrawn within 24 months from the consignment date or used as payment when purchasing items in the store.

Personal data handling:

Re-adventure is the data controller for the personal data we handle about you, and we are responsible for using it in accordance with applicable data protection laws. "Re-adventure" refers to: re-adventure AB with organization number 559278–3848 and address Sankt Eriksgatan 45, 112 34 Stockholm.

When you consign items for sale, we process the following information about you:

Contact information, name, mobile number and email address, the customer number we assign to you with information about what you have consigned, current balance, and your potential bank account number to enable payments. Re-adventure needs this information to manage our customer relationship with you, for example, to contact you regarding any questions and to transfer funds to your bank account.
