Conditions when you leave your garments and accessories for sale with us

The following terms and conditions apply between you who submit and re-adventure who receives your clothes and accessories for sale with us. Re-adventure refers to our store in Västermalmsgallerian and at Sergelgatan 20, re-adventure.com, Tradera and other marketplaces such as Facebook and Instagram.

Our corporate registration number is 559278-3848. You will find our store in Västermalmsgallerian at Sankt Eriksgatan 45 in Stockholm and Sergelgatan 20, Stockholm.

We sell on commission, which means you get paid when we have sold what you submitted. Your compensation is 40% of the sales price. We are responsible for the pricing of your products, but you are of course free to make requests. We reserve the right to reduce the price of submitted products to match market activity.

We are responsible for your garments for 60 days. If you want to keep your garments with us for longer, please send an email to hello@re-adventure.com. We will then assess whether we have space. If you want to pick up your garments, you must visit us and collect what has not been sold yourself. Garments that are not picked up will be handed over to Stadsmissionen or Myrorna, no compensation will be paid in that case. Compensation from any sales is registered in our system on your customer account, payment is made at your request to the bank account you register with us. The compensation can be collected within 24 months from the date of delivery or used as payment when making a purchase in the store.

Handling of personal data:

Re-adventure is the data controller for the personal data we process about you, we are responsible for using them in accordance with applicable data protection laws. “Re-adventure” means: re-adventure AB with corporate registration number 559278–3848 with address Sankt Eriksgatan 45, 112 34 Stockholm.

When you submit something for sale, we process the following information about you:

Contact information, name, mobile number and email address, the customer number we assign to you with information about what you have submitted, current balance and your possible bank account number to be able to make payments. Re-adventure can provide money with this information to manage our customer relationship with you, for example to contact you if you have any questions and transfer to your bank account.
