Ski Pants Black Diamond Mission Pants GTX Men's S

The Black Diamond Mission Pants GTX are technical shell pants built for long days on the slopes and ski touring. They provide reliable protection when the weather changes and breathe well when the pace picks up.

The pants are made from durable three-layer GORE-TEX with a 70D nylon outer fabric and a brushed inner for next-to-skin comfort. The seams are fully taped, and the waterproof rating is around 28,000 mm. For temperature control, there are ventilation zippers along the outside of the thighs with an offset placement, and the fit is supported by articulated knees and an integrated, removable belt. At the cuffs, you'll find boot-access zippers, internal snow gaiters that seal against snow, and Keprotec reinforcements that can withstand sharp edges. Storage is handled by two spacious, expandable thigh pockets and one back pocket. For avalanche safety, there's a PIEPS Pocket with Poron XRD protection and an integrated harness for a transceiver, as well as a built-in RECCO reflector.

As shell pants, they work excellently with a warming mid-layer underneath when the cold bites.
