Gill OS2 Offshore trousers are a dependable sailing bib built for long offshore passages. They deliver trustworthy weather protection through shifting conditions—keeping you dry on wet legs and comfortable during cold night watches. As a shell, they layer easily over a base layer and a warm mid-layer when the temperature drops.

Built with Gill’s XPLORE 2‑layer fabric and fully taped seams, they provide waterproof, windproof and breathable performance with 98% recycled content. The face is treated with XPEL for highly effective, PFAS‑free water and stain resistance. Practical details include a 2‑way YKK front zipper with weather guard and an easy drop‑seat solution, adjustable stretch braces and an elasticated waist for a secure fit, fleece‑lined handwarmer pockets, and a deep thigh pocket with secure closure and an attachment point for a PLB. High‑wear zones are reinforced for durability, and the leg openings adjust to help seal out water.
